Fartlek on North Park

Since I missed the hill workout yesterday I did a Fartlek on my own up North Park. 10 hard efforts 1:30 each followed by a 1:00 rest pereiod. I felt pretty good through out although its hard to judge how fast your going with no one else there and no mile markers. It seemed pretty fast though and I did 8 total miles under an hour with warm up and cool down.
