Exhausted from a long weekend of sleep deprivation and lobbying, I got back home at 4:00, went over to school to check in with Anthony, and then headed to the Wilson Pool to begin winter training. We're going to wait to come up with a comprehensive plan for my cross training weeks ahead until I get the follow up x-ray, so for now I'm just building up in the pool. Did between 15-20 minutes today (aqua jogging) and felt really good. While my cardiovascular system is certainty weaker than it has been in a while, I think my arms and core are the strongest they have ever been.
