Comments:
Did 4 x 1000 with 4:00 jogs. To be between 2:27 and 2:35. Went 3:33, 3:33, 3:34, 3:32. Very humid. Felt like I had to dig the whole way. Very even through each 200. Wish the humidity was gone so I could go faster. Oh well. Going through an 800 in 2:49-2:50 is OK I guess for now. Jogs in cooldown below.
