Comments:
I walked for an hour and did 75 dips (5x15), then did the warmup stuff and did a 40 minute RR, then 10x200m w/1 lap jog between (about 70-80 seconds total). I did a 1 mile cool down, and after that I did the lower body lift which was pretty hard, then cool down stuff and ice bath.
