Comments:
I went to Abington HS to run: I did the dynamic warmup stuff, then 20 minutes w/3x30 second pickups, then 2 miles on the track at tempo pace (11:33). I was supposed to do that again after 90 seconds but I felt totally wiped out so I just did 4x150m which felt really hard, then a 10 minute cool down and the drills/stretches. I then hung my legs and drove home.
