Comments:
With the half marathon a 2 days away I had to get a run in today. I haven't been doing well, lazy, full of excuses and lack motivation. I'm pretty beat up about it but I did it to myself. This has not been a successful running year at all. In either training or racing! I can sit around and mope about it or I can make changes! The power is in my hands
