30 minute run to fuller

Comments:
we did warmups and then headed down cherry to fuller and then back along pine to the school. i didnt feel awesome, but i definately felt better once i could see the school not too far ahead of me. haha. i didnt do strides becuase by the time we got back people were heading to the courtyard to do abs, so i did the 5 minutes continuous abs and called it a day.
