Back at it! Blair at a reasonable pace with Colin, Bijan, Dulabon, Walker and Michael. Legs felt awkward as expected, but the hills didn't faze me too much. 1:15 planks, 25 pushups, 5 pullups, 30 situps in the fieldhouse. My plan as of now (which I'll consult SL about at some point) is 35-40 miles this week, then 50, 55, 60, 45, 65, with long runs starting next week of 11, 12, 13, no long run and then 14-15 miles. We also have a training packet for winter break with some fun distance workouts, so I'm looking forward to doing those.
With finals approaching, a cloud of stress is hanging over the entire school, but strangely is just not affecting me. Maybe there will be a wakeup call after my econ final on Thursday, but until then I'll remain in my blissfully unaware state. Now don't go thinking I'm not studying for finals; I am. Just not in the unhealthy, self-wounding way one might do at GDS, for example.
