Comments:
Today was a super nice run. I ran first with the whole group and then later split off with Anthony and Silus. It felt really nice to be able to go hard again. I feel like I have been holding back a bit for the last few runs so it was super nice to be able to go hard at it again. Although it was fun, I think I actually got some tightness in my leg. I think it will wear off but it was definitely bugging me after the run. After the run we did strength work (planks, plank leg lifts, leg bridges, heel toe walks) and stretches (40 sec per).
