Comments:
Chinups: 5x10 w/90" rest between first 7 sets, then 2' after the 7th, 2.5' after the 8th, and 3' after the 9th. I could only do 4 reps in sets 8 and 9, but then did all 5 in one go on the last set.
After that I did a few sets of super people, then 2 sets of updowns/planks. Also I threw a 60" wallsit with a medball in for fun.
