Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
This is was a fairly simple run. Fast and long but simple. I literally went to the capital crescent trail entrance on Mass Ave, took it all the way to Bethesda and took it all the way back to my house. I felt incredible for the most part. Nothing really hurt and it was incredibly nice to be able to get out in the morning before the sun was out. I think this was long enough and fast enough that it counted as one of my long runs for the week. Also, time was added to the overall time because I forgot to pause my watch at a very long stoplight :( . Towards the end of the run, I got the same ache in my leg that I have been getting for a few days now. It hurt for a little but it went away pretty quickly. Also, I realized after my run, that half of my thigh was completely numb. I tried pinching it a few times and I felt nothing. I searched it up and luckily it said that your thigh can get numb if it is exposed to really cold temperatures. I got a little scared but it was fine. I didn't have enough time to do strength work which kind of stunk but it was fine. Yeah and that concludes my run.
