Comments:
Today was definitely a step down from yesterday. I ran what I have officially deemed as my regular 30 minute run (the same loop I ran on the 13th). It was a mildly fast pace but a short run so it was nothing to painful. Luckily I had no ache in my leg today. Felt pretty good throughout. The only thing that disturbed my run a bit was a minor stitch in my side. Nothing serious. Luckily after that, I had some time to do strength! I did Planks (50 sec per), Clams (30 per side), 1 push-up progression, and heel/toe walks.
