1x1200 @ A1 (4:13), 2x1200 @ A3 (3:58, 3:59), 1x600m Fly (1:44). felt okay on the middle two, felt like i was moving pretty good on the fly. 30s after the 1200s, except for 1min. before the 600 fly.
