workout at the Thomas track today hollaaaaa
it went really well.
started with a 3 mile warmup and drills then spiked up

4x bounds
3x60m
4xflying 150's in spikes (with hip-jump things)
felt really fast and fluid. Didn't hurt that much either so thats really cool
