Exercise Type: Bike
Comments:
Took this one a little harder. Got into a great rhythm, despite the unusual cold. I did take a break once because my helmet was giving me an awful headache. After the bike, I took my socks off and noticed that, while all my toes were a little numb and pale, my broken toe was ghost white. A solid 20 minutes after I finished biking and had gone indoors! Perhaps the worse-than-my-already-bad circulation is a result of the break, or perhaps the break was caused by/is being prolonged by my bad circulation. Probably an unpleasant combination of the two.
