I'll be staying with my grandparents for the next few days, which means I get to use the awesome gym in their apartment building. No excuse for strength work now... Went steady on the bike (really nice machine, btw) and decided that because I felt so good I would do my long day. Strength:

20 leg lifts
2x 15 dumbbell press
