Regular 3 mile loop and a half (miami)

For those of you who are just dying to know why I haven't been logging my runs, and yes I have been running, it's because my running watch wasn't working. Not only that but also because I made the trip to miami a few days ago so I just haven't had the time. Anyways, I fixed my watch so it's all good now. When my watch wasn't working, I kept running just without a time or distance. Today I got my watch working again and I got all my times and distances which is why I am logging again. So today I felt pretty good. I went out fast and slowed a bit, then got faster then slowed a bit. The weather here is awesome too which always feels good. And there's no one to stop me from taking off my shirt :). So yeah generally just felt good. Afterwords I stretched (40 sec per) and that was it.
