Comments:
Began about 6:45am, ran 3 miles at 26:20 then began a walk for 1 minute then run for the rest of the mile about a 9 min/mile pace for the remainder of the run...a little easier to mentally break it up that way and still do it under a 10 min/mile pace for the entire thing.
