Running and doing my Favorite Ab Workout

Today I ran longer than yesterday and I felt a lot better. My phone died while I was running so I lost all my mileage, but I'm pretty sure I ran about 2.5 miles. I stretched before and after running, my legs are sore but feeling stronger. After running I completed an ab workout with the following exercises.
-1 minute right side plank
-1 minute left side plank
-3 minute regular plank
-50 crunches
-20 V-ups
-30 windshield-wipers
-40 bicycle crunches
-20 reverse crunches
-50 heel-touches
-5 banana-supermans
-40 condensed crunches
