Hill form workout at the Farm

Did this hill form running workout at the farm. It rained a little but then got sunny and hot towards the end. I felt pretty good the whole time and was able to really push the last downhill section. Learned how to run the course smart which will hopefully help me for confrence and all the other times we run there. The workout was 2 mile warm-up 1200 downhill at 70% then jogged over to the up hill. 4x200m at 70% up the hill with a little loop recovery between each one. Then jogged back over to the downhill and did another 1200m down hill at 100%. Felt good to streach it out on this one. Followed by a 4 mile cool down.When I got back to Veale I did Static 1 and The Bear. 30 push-ups and 3x15 dips later tonight.
