Comments:
Day 2 of the new year and it was a good motivator for the new year! Mile averages under 8 and being able to come back faster. I want 2016. Done being a pussy. A third place finish is the goal at Clearwater and the only way that is possible is to run sub 1:22, and then it still comes down to who shows up. Last week of training was ok but more important it did set a base to have a hard two weeks of training until the Clearwater Half!
(I went back and read my running entry for the first two runs of last year. I have the exact same problems going into 2016 that I did in 2015. Even if I start the year strong somewhere along the line I end up falling off! I need to stay strong and set goals and then actually follow the steps to achieve those goals! 2016, I'm going to run this bitch...all 12 months!)
