Comments:
Ran with a big pack but it ended up just being me, Neil and Silas doing the full distance. We were really pushing the first half of the run(uphill part) at one point my legs were almost dead. We smarted up and throttled the pace down for the second half. Light lifting afterwards. I had the ESPN awards afterwards I was honored to receive the award.
