Felt motivated today so I just ran. I did all of the little things I set out to do also. Really went hard today. I'm really gonna start focusing on the little things lately and getting stronger. I did almost everything today on top of my longest run yet
I did some really hard abs about 45 mins of lifting, and some really tough hips that I am still hurting from right now I mostly just used the techniques from Alberto Salazar's video
