Comments:
My family and I are staying at a lodge I turning stone for a day so I ran from there good to get away even if it was only for a day. I want to start going a little hard pace-wise late January. I don't want to burn out for one and I want to start out slow now no need to kill any runs because it is such a long season. Also I do not want to get injured that's the last thing I want. Looking forward to a little test to see where I'm at on the 10th. Not expecting anything too big but just to get that race feeling again. Good way to start the year. Lifting, abs, hips, glute activation afterwards. Went hard in the lodge weight room. Run felt great, nice easy pace.
