Comments:
Went to the Y with Sydney and Grammy. Ran 2.5 in 18:45 then lifted with the free weights then ran 2.5 in 18:10. Started with 8 min pace and increased every half mile to 6:40 pace. HR 160 max for first half then 180 for second half (6:40 pace for .75 miles instead of just .5)
