2 warm up down the beach towards the bridge. Decided to get a little speed work in.
5x1:30 w/ 1:00 rest. Ran on the packed part of the sand by the water so the footing was decent. Took the 1:30s close 3k pace or faster.
Cool down, abs, rolling, stretching
