Comments:
We had a really good group today, probably one of the biggest we've had so far. We eventually broke apart as some girls had just started running again and wanted to go 20 or 30 minutes. I went off with Lizzie to run a bit farther. My arms felt really weak going up the one hill which reminded me that I should start lifting again. It wasn't as cold as yesterday which was nice, but I heard that it's going to be really cold again on Friday. When we got back I lifted with Lizzie for about half an hour.
