Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
First time running since cross season ended. Took about a month off, hoping that the pain in the inside of my thigh would go away. The weeks passed, and I felt no difference. After week 3 I started to get really frustrated because I just wanted it to be gone. Its like month 3 of it bothering me. Even though it was hurting I thought I would try a run on it. I planned to do 20 mins but it started hurting after 15 mins so I stopped and walked. The next day it hurt more than it has been. Going to go see a new PT of Friday to see if they say anything different. I just really want to start training for track... /:
