Exercise Type: Bike

Comments:
Bored of running by myself so decided to switch things up.
Biked for 45 minutes on the bike in the fitness center. Used the preset hill workout setting so it was pretty tiring.
Lifted after (bench, pull downs, shoulders, curls), abs and stretching. Can't wait to go back and run with everyone! :)
