I was supposed to do a speed workout yesterday but I didn't sleep at all Saturday night due to my gig so I'll have to do that workout on Monday or Tuesday. Did the visitors center run at Kennesaw on the trails. IT band/hips are super-tight, I had to stop and stretch them a couple of times, but I felt OK.
