Cornell run

Comments:
Went up to Barton to watch some racing for part of the day, and saw some interesting competition. Most of it was pretty slow. The 3200 was slow only a 9:52 winner. The mile Peter Kane dropped out injured and petrella just did a sit and kick. I left after that for a run. We from Barton to Beebee. Around half of it then into the plantations through the trails then to the bridge and up to horse barn. Passed the golf course and apartments and down to the second half of Beebee and then back over to Barton. It was a nice run but my arms were all out of wack they felt really stiff probably cause I was thinking about them so much. They felt a ton better for the last 2 miles or so of the run. Drills after, decided to add in a few new drills to my rotation. Stretching and rolling afterwards.
