Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
This morning we ran an easy recovery run. I was tired. I think from a busy week and swimming in the pool yesterday. But running easy was nice and I did some abs and push-ups afterward. (Today my knee hurt when I walked or made straitened it out, but when I ran it felt fine, I iced it afterward and I will see the trainer on Monday.)
