5 min. warmup on bike, leg extension 2x15, dumbbell squats 2x15, single leg deadlift 2x15, lunges 2x15, leg press 2x15, wall sits 60 sec., crab walks w/ band 1 min. 5x, front planks 30 sec., side planks 30 sec., bridges 30 sec., superman 30 sec.
- I'm not yet able to run more than 20 min. or so at a time. I have another appointment with my surgeon in March and that's when I'll have my official strength test to clear me. I went to the physical therapist at home and she gave me these exercises to work on. I'll run as I'm able!! :)
