so towards the end of my run yesterday, I started feeling some pain in what I think is my IT band right where it connects to the knee. I've felt it while walking around since then but I figured I'd give a run a try in case maybe it would loosen up as I got going. It did not. I ran for about 3 minutes, realized this was a bad idea and then turned right back around. I thought about going to the gym but I'm not sure a bike or elliptical would be any better, because it feels like the bending of the knee might be hurting it. maybe I'll try tomorrow. hopefully it'll be ok in a couple of days.
Sorry Silas, I know I shouldn't log it if its only 5 minutes, but I feel like I need to have something to explain why I didn't do an actual run.
