Good long run in for the week. Felt pretty consistent the entire time, we started out pretty quick up the hill to Cornell and my legs were tight going up that hill. Neil was pushing it a little but it was fine. Anyways it was good to have Lucas back for the run too. Freese is always one of my more favorite runs. It was pretty cool in the trails with the snow out there. When we go to the slope me and Silas extended to the trail that leads to the big bridge and then down the cemetery and then added a boynton mile. Strides after.
