Stretching

After being sick the past 2 days and just starting to see improvement today, I didn't think I should start working out so quickly. So today I did a stretching routine. If stretching routines could be vigorous, then that's how I would describe this. Maybe that's just how I feel though, since I'm the least flexible person I know. My legs feel like Jello afterwards, but they're loose and that's what is important. The actual routine if for learning how to do a side split, but the leg stretches shown in the video I watched could be used for warming-up for any sport.
