Cornell run

Comments:
Pretty nice run kept the first half conservative. Made sure to not push it at all and let the run come naturally. The second half was definitely faster I wanted to get the run over with and it was downhill for part of it so I was just rolling. Started from the track went down near the plantations around half of Beebee. Then up past Hellen Newman up A lot, down through that trail around Cayuga heights a little bit, down past the high school across the highway to Island fitness where I finished my run at. At island I got some form lifting in. Focused on hips/glutes mostly but pretty much did everything. Abs, stretching and rolling, and another set of hips at home later that night.
