Warm up, drills, 4x30 accels, 4x30 bounds
1200, 1000, 800m - first and last 200 at race pace, middle 200s at 3k pace
1200 felt great, hit 35 and 37 for the first and last 200s, middle was around 45
1000 was rough, fell off last 300m, 35 and 44
800 started in the back, turned it on for the last 200, 37 and 35, very happy
