Weather: Hot in the gym!
Comments:
Did 3 miles in the gym - for some reason, it was just too hot in there today so I didnt want to do anymore. But did a mile walk with a 14 incline at a 3.5 pace which has really worked out my bum! I bet I'm sore tomorrow.
Am out tomorrow night so think I may have to get up early and do a morning run - if it stops raining!
I still think my heart rate monitor is dodgy - my avg heart rate is up to 170bpm. Thats way higher than it has been in the past. Apparently I burnt 573 calories today - and have just eaten a delicious carrot cake so prob just undid the good I did at the gym!
