Clean Sweating

Comments:
A marked difference in being lighter is the clean ness of the sweat. Lighter, wetter, comes off the body differently. Did 5 in under 45 minutes, first 2 miles in about 20-21 last 3 in 24ish. Last mile started at 38:14 and ended at 44:57. A 6:43 mile on the treadmill. Hopefully that transfers into real life road miles at some point.
