Treadmill tempo

Comments:
Had to do the tempo on the treadmill, better than nothing I guess. Felt like it was harder effort to run treadmill pace. I also ate a decent sized meal not too long before the run. 10 minute warm up, 20 minute build up to 5:45, 10 minute cool down.
