Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
My original plan for today was an easy 5 mile run, before doing a speed workout tomorrow, but it obviously backfired. As soon as I started running I had a really strange pain in both my knees, it was really bothering me so I was a lot slower than usual. I was going to stop at a mile (that's how bad it was), but the pain started to ease up at the end of the first mile, so I decided to keep going. I decided not to do the full 5 miles, I didn't want to push things, because I don't know what the knee pain was from. I also ran out of time (no pun intended haha) so I couldn't have done anything more than 3 miles before it got too dark for my liking. I guess I need to work on my time management. After running, I did a cool down to drain the lactic acid so I won't be as sore tomorrow :). By the way, the weather was perfect for running today!
