where the first of each set was at mile pace and the 100 at "half pace" (turns out i did half pace too fast)
could've pushed the intervals slightly harder I think...
3x 8 min @ tempo with 2 minutes rest before each rep
got faster as the tempo portions went on. Started out around 6:30 pace, ended around 6:20
