Long Hollow and hills in town

Weather: cool, high 40's, snow

Comments:
Sloshy, wet and sloshy. Snow on the sidewalks, greenway and trails, that's why I chose trail shoes today. The trails slowed me down but I paid more attention to effort and HR. Legs still got a good workout and backed off the distance today so I can put in a more productive week. Calve and foot felt fine. Trail shoes on the road kinda feels rough after a while. Shoe reviews online said these lone peaks were heavy and didn't drain well. Well of course they're going to hold some water, but these didn't slosh around. As far as the weight, I'm getting used to it and I'm preferring the more sturdy sole.
