Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
started with the guys, Jake, Silas, and Matt, toward Cass. Turned around early, at the first bridge, because of a pain in my right knee. Came back through the commons and past fall creek elem. Did drills and 2 accelerations, hip exercises and stretches inside. Iced and elevated at home, should be fine for the workout. Will need be careful at the same time, don't want to repeat last year.
