Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Wasn't feeling too into the race today. Ran 2:30...split 34, 36, 38, 40. Not my best showing. First half went well and I was leading. Slowed down considerably. Gotta work on my speed, kick, and mental game.
Put together a 4x4 and ran a 64 which was fun. Fastest leg of my relay!
Last year started off at 2:27, but I think I had more training under my belt (2 weeks of workouts). Still a little worried but I'm hoping next week will be better. I know what to expect now and remember what racing the 8 feels like.
