Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Did warm up and cool down on track and did speed workout on treadmill at 11 mph because running speed on a treadmill is entirely different so I set the pace faster to try to make up the difference. I also ran a one to one recovery in between intervals. I ran on the treadmill since the baseball team and cheerleaders were down taking up space on the track and I didn't want to get hit with a baseball
