Exercise Type: Elliptical
Comments:
Ran during PE. Ankles and shins hurt by the end. Made sure not to sprint at all. Ran the 2.5 minute warmup (tours), which felt fine. But drills started to aggravate everything. I'm told I should hold off on those. Because of the PE running, decided to do 40 minutes on the elliptical. By the end, my toe was hurting a bit. Talked with Veronica, and she agrees that a jump from 30 minute elliptical + 10 minute bike to warmup jog + 40 minute elliptical was a bit much, so tomorrow is warmup jog, 30min elliptical, then 10min bike. Kind of weird to go down that ladder all the way to where I've been, but at least I get the start it out with running.
