Weather: rainy, wet, cool, 45, 3pm
Comments:
past oval around summit over monroe bridge. I might have struck gold with this new core torque technique. 3:30 faster than the same run less than a week ago using about the same effort. I did start having trouble rotating my shoulders in the last 2-3 miles, if I had the stamina to keep that going I would have been over a minute faster. 160lbs.
