2 mile time trial at spencercrest

Comments:
warmed up with the team running the course. then we did the 2 mile time trial. my mile split was 6:15 and my second was 6:39. with 12:54 being the 2 mile time. after that i did 4 200 meter striders and then a cooldown with matt, noah, and tim.
